- A brief description of the desires you would like to realize, what treehouse do you imagine? What style? Reflect on the functions of the treehouse, what you would do inside, how you would like to live it, what accessories you desire in the treehouse?
- Send us some photos of the landscape and the chosen trees.
In this meeting, the information will be analyzed and assessments will be made from a technical, urban authorization, and economic point of view, as well as on the feasibility of the project.

First Contact and Discussion Meeting
First free phone meeting or video call with Davide Torreggiani to discuss objectives, timelines, and the economic value of the project. Analysis of information and technical, authorization, and economic assessments.
Assignment of Design Mandate
Formalization of the professional assignment with an on-site inspection to evaluate the trees, landscape, and site characteristics.
Preliminary architectural design of your treehouse.
Our architects and designers will develop your treehouse project by creating drawings with views, elevations, 3D renderings, photo-insertions, and everything needed to explain what can be achieved. This design will take different aspects into consideration: landscape and trees, instrumental survey, safety requirements and current regulations, your wishes, and budget for building the treehouse.
Along with the project drawings, a first economic offer for the construction of your treehouse will be delivered.
The costs for carrying out these activities depend on the individual case and the complexity of the project. The preliminary architectural design has an economic value equal to 5% of the estimated economic value of your treehouse.
The inspection costs refer both to travel costs and to the time of the professional who will carry out the inspection.
If you are interested, our secretariat will send you the dedicated assignment agreement for designing your treehouse.
N.B.: once the supply agreements are defined, the preliminary architectural design costs you have incurred, will be deducted from the balance of your Treehouse.
Project Confirmation, Agreements, and Sharing of Details
Presentation of the preliminary project, definition of contractual agreements, and sharing of all technical and aesthetic details.
Executive Design
Development of detailed executive drawings, structural calculations, and definition of all technical aspects for the realization.
Construction in the Carpentry Workshop
Artisanal construction of the treehouse in our specialized workshop. Possibility of visits to follow the progress of the work.
Site Work and Assembly
Professional transport and assembly of the treehouse in your garden with specialized technical supervision and respect for the trees.
Delivery of the Treehouse
Final delivery of your complete, tested treehouse, ready to be lived in by the family. The dream becomes reality!
